Discipline with Scripture Tool

I’m not a parenting expert and I’ve come to the realization I have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to parenting tiny humans. 

Have you been frustrated by your child not responding to what seems like ANY type of punishment? Nothing you do seems to get their attention? You’ve tried spanking, timeout, taking things away but it doesn’t seem to have a lasting impact? I think all these things can have long term effect in training children but what do you do in the interim? 

This isn’t meant to be used as a punishment but a tool to help children memorize scripture. Something Satan Hates and Satan loves to destroy families and relationships through difficult situations (and tiny humans ☺️).

The purpose of this tool is to help our children hide God’s word in their hearts so they have it when they need.

How to use:

For kids that can read , I recommend having them identify where their misbehavior fits in and reading the verses that coincide. It’s a nice cool-down moment for both parent and child. Eventually they won’t need the tool because they’ll have God’s instruction truly memorized. 
For kids that can’t read yet, sit down with the tool and have them repeat the verse back to you.
